Terms and Conditions

  1. Non-exclusive limited license:

    Customer may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Daycounts. Any questions about this license can be asked using the contact page.

    Daycounts reserves the right to change the license for itself.

    • Extensions:
      Each provided product is open-source software.
      Each purchased product is provided under GPL license with valid 6 months customer support license for a single installation on the live site if no other conditions are noted. The extension can be installed on multiple servers, but the support is provided for single installation only. During these 6 months, customer is provided with support (for functionality in a product description) and free updates for purchased product. After year has expired customer is able to prolong it for additional price.In other case extension will continue functioning, but customer will not be able to get free support or product updates.
  2. Product delivery:

    DayCounts products are electronically delivered only. Boxed products, discs and manuals are not available. 

  3. Shipping:

    After customer proceeds to checkout, new email will be sent to him containing link to the order. After customer has made the payment he will be provided with link to download the purchased product. In case of technical difficulties this may take up to 24 hours. 

  4. Modifications and ownership:

    Customer may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property ofDayCounts. Also all editorial content and graphics on our sites may not be copied without written permission ofDayCounts. Reuse of any editorial content and graphics from for any purpose without our permission is strictly prohibited.

    Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

    Customer is authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit his purposes. Customer may not change or remove the copyright information in the header of the files included in the purchased product. There's ability to order code changes required for customer's needs as custom development.

  5. Support:

    DayCounts offers support as a part of purchase. Questions can be asked via contact page.DayCounts does not commit to monitor these forums, but we reserve the right to respond and answer questions. We try our best to respond within 24 hours but we can't guarantee it.

  6. Updates/Upgrades:

    DayCounts developers make their best to design components for the latest version of software these products are supposed to run on, but we can give no guarantee that the product will run with future versions of these software.

  7. Refunds:

    DayCounts provides software components, products that are digital software. 
    Due to the digital nature of our items, once an item has been downloaded we can only offer a refund when the item itself is confirmed to be malfunctioning, broken, or missing files. 

    If customer finds a bug in our product, he is welcome to let us know via contact form or email. Finding a bug is not a reason to request refund. The bug customer informed us about will be fixed in the next update for the product.

    If customer experiences problems installing and using our products he is welcome to request help via contact form or email.

    Since there is a great amount of server configurations and it is impossible for us to test our products on every platform we provide help in getting our products up and running on customer's server. If customer is unable to install and use as appropriate the product he purchases in 30 days after buying it he is welcome to ask our help to get software work on his server. To achieve this we will need access to necessary software and tools like: ftp, database, admin console. If we fail to get our software up and running on customer's server then we will give a refund. If customer can’t provide us with necessary access then we will not be able to give him a refund.
