Support is open to customers that have a valid subscription*
Support is available during the weekdays at normal business hours in central easter timezone (GMT-5).
We speak english and french only
Please note that creating a new ticket under "pre-sale" category will not give you speedup our response time

*A valid subscription means having purchased at least one product within the last 6 months
